Khandwala Securities, Nariman Point, Mumbai

The common spaces in this compact brokers office are painted and lit to evoke a feeling of warmth. The office evolves around the inner and outer courts and a connecting walkway.

As the partition walls do not reach the ceiling, the individual spaces are not enclosed claustrophobic cubicles. There is a transparency and openness in the design. This encourages interaction and a sense of unity.
