A majestic site indeed, situated along the eastern coast of Oman with incredible views of the sea. Interestingly this site, admeasuring 60 ha or 148 acres, is proposed for development as a mixed-use township being a part of an ambitious new SEZ and Free Trade Zone adjoining the port of Duqm and within a short distance from the new airport.

Capturing the grand views of the sea from every house- bungalows, villas, town houses and apartments is indeed the biggest planning and design challenge.
